Is there a long-standing personal habit, team practice or company rule you insist on keeping in place? The standard of excellence isn’t “this is how we’ve always done it.” “It’s “did this help my target audience YESTERDAY?” Challenge all of your rules today. Does it make you comfortable but inconvenience the people you’re leading or serving? Ask them how you can reach the desired outcome in a deliciously different way.
